Data and purposes
To arrange transport, we process your name, phone, optional email, pickup and destination addresses, date, time, passenger and luggage counts and notes. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to provide the service. The form does not collect payment-card details.
Storing and delivering requests
Your request is saved in a database before an email notification is sent to the transport provider. If email fails, the stored request remains available for retry. If you provide an email address, we send an acknowledgement. This is not a booking confirmation.
Preventing abuse
We use an essential session cookie and a hashed IP address to limit submission frequency, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Rate-limit records are removed after seven days. The request database does not store the original IP address. The hosting server may keep separate security logs.
Retention
Records in the enquiry system are removed after 90 days. Business correspondence and records of completed services are kept as necessary to arrange and provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and Google Ads
An essential session cookie protects form submission. We remember your cookie choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Google Ads loads only if you accept advertising cookies and is used to measure advertising and successfully received enquiries. Ad personalisation is disabled. Form details, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent to advertising tags. Rejecting cookies does not affect bookings. You can withdraw or change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Recipients and transfers
The transport provider and hosting, email and technical-support providers process information to deliver the service. We do not sell your data. If you accept Google Ads, Google processes measurement data under its policies and applicable safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to processing. Advertising consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact the controller to exercise these rights. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
Security and changes
Access to data is limited to authorised people. We update this policy when processing changes. Updated: 22 September 2026.
